Customer facing staff wishing to improve their knowledge of Viezu Products and Services to be able to fully explain the features and benefits of ECU tuning to prospective customers

To ensure all Viezu dealers are armed and ready with the correct product knowledge and sales techniques, we have arranged a very special training course which has been developed by the Viezu Academy Team and presented by Linda Williams and Paul Busby.

 

Paul Busby formally a Viezu Dealer operator with years of sales experience and success.  Paul knows that people are motivated by their emotions and this sales training aims to improve the communication style individuals use to create motivated buyers with a better understanding behind the tuning industry.

 

Linda Williams MD of Viezu Technologies with many years experience as a trainer and facilitator working with groups of people to generate motivation for change and will ensure that the course meets individual requirements as well as core topics from the business.

 

This course uncovers why customers do not buy and what you can do to improve your sales techniques.

 

The reason that customers do not buy 99% of the time is because people are motivated by their emotions and internal thoughts. Sales people on a regular basis do not motivate the customer by putting them in a positive emotional state, which inherently leads to the sale not being closed.
