Combat fuel duty rise with Blue Optimize – Fuel Economy Tuning and Remapping
BT is just one company that is beating rising fuel prices by remapping its fleet of 24,000 vehicles
Fleet operators, businesses and private motorists worried about the prospect of even higher fuel bills in the New Year following the impending 3p fuel duty rise, can combat any hike in prices with Blue Optimize, a revolutionary engine remap service from Viezu.
Offering up to 20 per cent improvements in fuel economy, the award-winning ECU remapping service has been developed to rigorous ISO 9001 standards and can potentially save companies and fleet operators thousands of pounds in fuel bills.
“We’re already seeing drivers cut their mileage because of stubbornly high fuel prices. On top of that, millions of motorists, businesses and fleet operators now face a bleak New Year with the 3p per litre fuel duty rise.
“However, thanks to Blue Optimize there is a way of reducing running costs without changing driving habits or travelling less.
“Indeed, our revolutionary tuning service offers many benefits to motorists. Apart from delivering better fuel economy, Blue Optimize enables reduced CO2 emissions, smoother more progressive power delivery and torque improvements,” said Paul Busby, CEO, Viezu Technologies.

DPF Delete software and tuning is becoming ever more popular and needed
DPF (Diesel particulate filter) or FAP (Filtre A Particules) is a device designed to remove diesel particles or soot from the exhaust gas of a diesel engine. It basically traps the diesel particles in the filter and at a given condition the ECU will put it in to regeneration mode when these particles are burnt and blown out of the exhaust.
Whilst in theory the DPF system is a great idea, unfortunately the DPF often gets blocked and this causes running problems, its often the low mileage drivers who get hit the hardest as the DPF filter does not get a chance to regenerate.
Repair costs can be very expensive with some DPF systems costing over £1400. The filter is not a requirement for MOT test so one solution which is becoming ever more popular is to remove the DPF and remap the vehicles ECU to remove program – this is known as DPF removal or DPF deletion

Audi TT Tuning - Viezu
Today we have tuned a very nice Audi TT Rs.
Audi TT Rs Tuning is a very fine art, the Audi TT Rs is a great car and well tuned right from the factory, with a little further work though the Audi TT Rs 2.5 can be persuaded to give more power, and throttle response and pick up and mid range grunt can be significantly improved
ECU remapping and Chip tuning of Audi and VW can be carried out for just about all models from the range. The vag range of vehicles are very tuneable, with Audi diesel (Audi tdi tuning) giving some fantastic results, both for power, performance and economy tuning, whilst Audi Tuning for the petrol and Turbo models is primarily about performance tuning. Some older models may require Chip tuning and Chip replacement – but we can of course cover this too.

The new Citroen DS3 ecu tuning lifts the already sporty 156bhp DS3, to a rather impressive 192bhp. Power, throttle response and torque are significantly increased across the rev range.

LAD Motorsports - Viezu Dealer North West UK
Viezu is very pleased to announce the appointment of a new North West UK dealer L.A.D Motorsport, company director Andrew Larton has been tuning, modifying and racing cars and motorbikes since 1987.
With over 20 years experience working at L.A.D motorsport, Andrew has now taken over the running of the workshop and is offering a great value service for all aspects of Peugeot tuning and Citroen tuning for road, track day and competition use.
In the past, L.A.D have predominantly built and developed Peugeot and Citroen competition engines, they are now expanding their development program to include any form of normally aspirated engine for fast road and competition use including motorbike engines to hillclimb and sprint spec and oval racing engines. With this in mind and Viezu‘s own strong motorsport tuning back ground it was a natural choice for Andrew and his team to join the growing Viezu family
Andrew’s workshop is also equipped with full rolling road facility. We are very excited to be working with Andrew and his dedicated team.
